Tournament number four Morocco's Karim Bennani won his first title in Ghana beating Ghana's Raphael Nii Ankrah 6-2, 6-2 in the boy's singles final at the National Tennis Center, Accra.

The Moroccan needed just an hour and 5 minutes to win a one-sided match against the Ghanaian. 

Speaking to ghanatennis.org, Bennani said 'it is the best thing winning my first ITF junior title and I had an unbelievable week, would consider it as the best week of my life so far.'

In the girl's category, India's Pavitra Parikh beat Togolese Valentine Talaki in three sets 6-1, 1-6, 6-4 to win Tennis Foundation Ghana's Open ITF J5 Accra girl's singles championship.

Earlier on, Pavitra Parikh of India and Shahd Habib of Egypt won the girls doubles title after beating Tamara Ermakova and Israel's Mori Grylak 6-4,4-6,10-7.

It was an all Ghanaian affair in the boys doubles final as Desmond Ayaaba partnered Raphael Nii Ankrah to beat Ishmael Nii Nortey Dowouna and Abubakari Yakubu Lea 6-4,3-6,(10-8).
