Nii Ankrah and Yakubu-Lea settle for Silver in Kenya

Ghanaian duo Raphael Nii Ankrah and Abubakari Yakubu Lea were impressive in the just ended ITF J4 Nairobi, Kenya. In the doubles they went all the way to the final where they lost to Tiago Boschmans from Portugal and Alaa Trifi from Tunisia 1-6, 4-6.

Ghana's pair Nii Ankrah and Yakubu Lea were seeded No.2 in the doubles category had a bye into second game and defeated Kenyan duo Liberty Kibue and Ruinclife Baraka Ominde 6-3,7-6(3).

Nii Ankrah and Yakubu-Lea showed their superiority against Denmark's pair Tristan Thomas Engelschmint and Oliver Steines 6-1,7-6(7) in the quarter-finals.

In the semifinals match, Nii Ankrah and Yakubu Lea managed to oust Togolese Hod'abalo Isak Padio and Matteo Morazzi 6-3, 6-2 in the semifinals. Before losing the finals.
