Gwendolyn Duvor Klu, Winner Gakpo Face Aina, Dvir in J30 Accra Girls' Doubles Final

Ghana's Gwendolyn Duvor Klu and Togo's Winner Gakpo, the No. 2 seeds, will face Nigeria's Goodnews Eyinjuoluwa Aina and Israel's Shira Dvir, the No. 1 seeds, in the Girls' Doubles final of the ongoing J30 Accra – Tennis Foundation Ghana Open on the ITF World Tennis Junior Tour.

The final is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, at the National Tennis Centre at the Accra Sports Stadium, with play set to begin at 9:00 a.m.

Gwendolyn Duvor Klu and Winner Gakpo booked their place in the final after defeating Nigeria’s Success Godwin and Chinese Taipei’s Morgan Hsu 6-1, 6-2 in their semifinal clash.

Their opponents, top seeds Goodnews Eyinjuoluwa Aina of Nigeria and Shira Dvir of Israel secured their place in the final with a convincing 6-2, 6-2 victory over Nigeria’s Omoyinka Ayinia and Nenrot Suwa, the No. 4 seeds.

The final promises to be an exciting contest, with the No. 1 seeds facing the No. 2 seeds for the J30 Accra Girls’ Doubles title.

The tournament is being organized by Tennis Foundation Ghana (TFG) under the auspices of the Ghana Tennis Federation.
