The top-seeded Kolesova and Ndukwu booked their place in the final after defeating Elodie Agnamba (USA) and Sonya Agnamba (USA) 6-2, 6-3 in the semifinal.

Kolesova and Ndukwu produced a composed display from the opening game, combining strong baseline play with effective doubles movement to take control of the contest and secure a straight-set victory.

They will now meet the second-seeded pairing of Success Ogunjobi and Sydney Wright, who earned their place in the final after defeating Virginia Comi (Italy) and Ohunene Comfort Yakubu (Nigeria) 7-5, 6-4.

Success and Sydney showed great resilience in a closely fought opening set before maintaining their composure in the second to complete another impressive straight-set victory.

The final promises to be a fascinating contest between the tournament’s top two seeded partnerships. Kolesova and Ndukwu will be looking to convert their No. 1 seeding into the championship title, while Success and Sydney will aim to produce another strong performance and claim the trophy.

With both partnerships demonstrating quality and consistency throughout the World Tennis Tour Juniors tournament, Saturday’s showdown is expected to deliver an exciting display of junior doubles tennis at the National Tennis Centre in Accra.
